Staff

Linda Bache is an original member, and a six-year veteran of the Chicago Force. She's played Safety, Running Back, and Wide Receiver and was named Most Valuable Player in 2005, 2006, and 2008. Linda is a Senior Account Manager for a fuel company. Linda will be the driving force behind the management team and coaching staff.

Kim is a former team captain and four-year veteran of the Chicago Force. She has played Center, Guard, Linebacker and Defensive End. Kim is a teacher at Dundee Middle School. Kim is the primary liason for the Force and the IWFL, and is responsible for ensuring that all IWFL rules are followed by players, coaches and management. Her additional responsibilities include coordinating special events and overseeing fundraising.

Jenn is a five-year veteran of the Chicago Force and her husband Steve has been there every step of the way. Jenn played Defensive Tackle while Steve ran Game Day Operations. By day, Steve is a Paramedic Field Officer & Jenn is a Paramedic in Charge. They both work for the City of Chicago Fire Department. Jenn and Steve will be responsible for Game Day Operations.

George has been with the organization since 2005. He oversees all aspects of media coverage including; press releases, program guides, Force web TV, and game day field coordinator and announcer. His 30 years of experience include; the Chicago Sun Times, Comcast CNet 100, Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, local radio, and freelance writing for many newspaper and magazines. .

Amanda Malsch is a four-year veteran of the Chicago Force. Her primary responsibilities include writing and editing website content and the design and production of all Force print materials. Amanda is a 7th and 8th grade math teacher at CICS Basil in Chicago, Ill. Amanda may be reached at amalsch@gmail.com.

Michele is an original member, former team captain, retired four-year veteran of the Chicago Force, and is a residential property manager in Chicago. She has played Offensive Tackle and Center. Michele's primary responsibilities include player sponsorship, team events and overseeing day-to-day operations. She is a residential property manager in the River North area of Chicago. Jen is a 2 year veteran of the Chicago Force. She has played Linebacker and Corner. Her responsibilities include merchandising and sales. Jen has her license in both Commercial Insurance and Residential Real Estate on the southside of Chicago, IL. Jen can be reached at jen_rehfeld@yahoo.com

Scott Renshaw is the team photographer for the Chicago Force who's been covering games since the 2005 season. His primary responsibilities include shooting game day pictures and providing images to be used in promotional materials for the team.
