Linda Bache - Owner & General Manager

Linda Bache is an original member, and a retired six-year veteran of the Chicago Force. She's played Safety, Running Back, and Wide Receiver and was named Most Valuable Player in 2005, 2006, and 2008. Linda is a Senior Account Manager for a fuel company. Linda is the driving force behind the management team and coaching staff.

Amanda Malsch is an eight-year veteran of the Chicago Force. When she isn't cheering on the team, her primary responsibilities include writing and editing website content and the design and production of Force print materials. Amanda is an Assistant Principal at a Chicago public school.

Tricia Charbonneau - Webcast Color Commentator

Tricia Charbonneau's career with the Chicago Force spanned eight seasons and a variety of positions. She was a team captain in 2009 and 2010, Game Day MVP in 2007, and the Most Improved Player in 2005. Morgante Wilson Architects occupies her 9-5 time – she’s an Associate Principal at the Evanston architecture firm. Tricia's primary responsibilities include special events, fundraising, social media and community relations.

George Howe - Asst. General Manager and Director of Media Relations

George has been with the organization since 2005. He oversees all aspects of media coverage including; press releases, program guides, Force web TV, and game day field coordinator and announcer. His 30 years of experience include; the Chicago Sun Times, Comcast CNet 100, Italian American Sports Hall of Fame, local radio, and freelance writing for many newspaper and magazines.

Jen was first a fan, then a player and is now staff for the Force. She works with the rest of the management team to develop better ways to attract, engage and retain fans and make the organization stronger every year.

Sam Powell - Game Day Operations

Sam Powell is a long time fan of the Force. This season she stepped up to help in other ways – that don’t include tackling. She’s working on innovative ways to engage fans and sponsors in the game day experience. Want to volunteer to help? Choose “Volunteer” under “Join the Force.”

Yvette Holt - Audio / Video Production

Yvette has volunteered on the Chicago Force staff for over 5 years. She wears many hats, but primarily is in charge of Fan Motivation – providing beat thumpin', rump shakin’ stadium music to get our CF Fans rockin’! She is a part-time game day announcer and also in charge of film and production of Chicago Force game highlights and team videos.

Stacey Baker - Webmaster

Stacey Baker played tackle football for six seasons, five of those on the offensive line of the Chicago Force. Highlights of her career include two years of league all-star recognition, 2009 Offensive Co-MVP, 2010 Gameday Offensive Co-MVP (both as a member of the O-line) and a trip to the National Championship game in 2008. After retiring from playing, she spent three season coaching the O-line. Highlights from these seasons include coaching in her hometown NFL stadium (Heinz Field) and finally getting that national championship ring in 2013. When she's not watching football, Baker works as a computer consultant.

Sherrie Voyles - General Counsel

Sherrie is a former college athlete who became a fan of the Force after attending the championship game in 2008. She has supported the team in various ways ever since and now volunteers as general counsel.
